Zimbabwe: CAPS United’s chief sponsor under investigation for fraud

Is the Anti-Corruption Commission going to be able to make all those people who have stolen from the government payback?

CAPS United Direct Farai Jere is said to be under investigation by the Anti-Corruption Commission on allegations of defrauding the Zimbabwe Electricity Authority (ZESA) through his company Logistica.

According to Radio VOP Farai Jere has already been interviewed by the Anti-Corruption Commission. It is understood that Jere’s company Logistica was contracted by ZESA to supply equipment and allegedly defrauded the power company of over USD50 000.

A number of high profile personalities are being interviewed by the anti-corruption commission, and hopeful all those who have committed crime will be made to payback.
