Zimbabwe Pay Brazil US$1.2 MillionTo Play A Friendly Match In Harare

Brazil’s Samba Boys are in Harare for an international friendly game against the Zimbabwe Warriors

Brazil’s national football team will play the Zimbabwe Warriors at the National Sports Stadium in Harare onWednesday. Samba versus Museve bring on the beautiful game!

The match will cost US$10 to watch for the rest of the ground, whilst VIP cost from US$40 – $60.

It has been reported that Brazil is being paid US$1.2 million appearance fee and in total it will cost Zimbabwe US$1.8 million for bringing the Brazilians to Harare.

But why do we have to pay the Brazilians to come and play a friendly match in Harare?

On the serious business of football, I’m sure the people of Zimbabwe are going to enjoy this massive game. How I wish I was in Harare right now.

Go Warriors!!!…Go Go Warriors!!! Go Warriors Woye!

England v Japan

Anyone thinking that England is going to win the World Cup should quickly wake up from the dream.

Everything is desperate and chaotic, is it going to be any different in South Africa? I doubt it!

Japan 1 England 2

The Japanese like Mexico on Monday at Wembley look very confident on the ball.

Ten minutes before half time Japan leads one nil.

Full time!

Japan 1 England 2.

It was a nervous performance from England, they won thanks to two own goals by the Japanese defenders. Fabio Capello has got to do something fast otherwise it will be embarrassing in South Africa.

I think Joe Cole did well when he came on.

Good luck to England!

Which Team Will Win The 2010 FIFA World Cup

Which team is going to shine at this years FIFA World Cup in South Africa?

Brazil are well known for their stylish samba football, but in recent years they have been turned into a more defensive team under manager Dunga. World Cup

This is not a style usually associated with a country possesing such skilful players, but this system has been effective for them so far. Are they going to win in South Africa?

Yes, they have a very good chance.

Spain has got one of the best teams, with a fully fit Fernando Torres and David Villa they have one of the best strikeforce that can win this cup.

Argentina are also in there with a chance depending on what Maradona is going to do to get the best out of his players.

My top five teams at this year World Cup:

Brazil

Spain

Argentina

France

Germany

I have a feeling this is going to be one of the most exciting World Cups.
