We all know that politicians lie…..but Robert Mugabe and his Zanu PF ministers are taking this to another level. First Mugabe says his government has managed to control the cholera epidemic which is still killing people in Zimbabwe today…..The president telling the world that there is no more cholera in Zimbabwe??? Maybe it’s a different Zimbabwe he was talking about, maybe he lives in a different Zimbabwe.
Now we have Sikhanyiso Ndlovu, one of Mugabe’s ministers who has been quoted by the Herald paper blaming cholera on “serious biological chemical war … a genocidal onslaught on the people of Zimbabwe by the British.”
“Cholera is a calculated racist terrorist attack on Zimbabwe by the unrepentant former colonial power which has enlisted support from its American and Western allies so that they invade the country,” Ndlovu was quoted as saying
If they don’t have anything meaningful to say why don’t they just keep quite??? We are tired of being told these lies every now and then…Zimbabweans know who is responsible for the problems in the country. Mugabe and his ‘ministers’ claim to be in control of the situation in Zimbabwe….but they always want to blame some else for the problems in the country. Isn’t this a criminal offence against the people of Zimbabwe???
Like Ndlovu is confirming…if they can’t defend and protect the people of Zimbabwe from these so called outside forces…then they should not be in power period!
It’s time Mugabe and his Zanu PF supporters stop playing politics with people’s lives. They have failed and they should have left government a long time ago. Whilst other people are working hard to try and preserve and rebuild the little left in the country….Mugabe and his friends seem determined to completely destroy the country.
How can a responsible leader lie about a disaster like the cholera epidemic killing the poor Zimbabweans??? When the whole world can see the humanitarian crisis which has now spread to South Africa. But these people have been lying for a long time….is there anyone who still believe what they say???
