I thought MDC went into these power-sharing talks in the best interest of the people of Zimbabwe.

As I see it, they didn’t seem to have other options, especially after Tsvangirai had pulled out of the June 27 election, it was always going to be difficult to get Mugabe out of power.

Mugabe and his generals do not care about the citizens of Zimbabwe.

As I see it Mugabe and Tsvangirai are not going to agree in these power-sharing talks, neither is Mugabe going to agree call another election.

But then, what’s the way forward?
