Shocking and bizarre!
A Masvingo man, Blessing Tivaone of Nharira Street in Mucheke surbub is reported to have stripped naked, sneaked into his neighbours house through the window and bit of chunks of flesh from a sleeping child before chomping off fingers from the child’s father in the ensuing scuffle.
Tivaone is said to have munched the flesh and fingers before licking blood from wounds he had inflicted on the child in full view of shocked family members. He bit off two fingers from the child’s father, Andrew Mutumbi when he tried to stop him from licking blood from the child’s wounds.
Mutumbi and the child sustained serious injuries before they were rescued by the neighbours.
Tivaone is now in police custody waiting to be charged.
