This is exactly what happened to one Peru farmer, he had to be hospitalised after an eight-day erection. He had surgery after complaining about sever pain from the eight day erection. The 53 year old farmer had not taken any sexual stimulant or alcohol.
Apparently this guy suffers from priapism, a persistent erection of the penis often due to a blood clot in the erectile tissue.
Sad, especially when some man are struggling to get an erection.
