Day 9 Summer Body Challenge – If you ain’t sweating it’s not enough

It’s now 9 days into the 30 Day Summer Body Challenge, everything going on well so far………..looking good! Another hard day in the gym, leg work day so body is a bit tired and will need a bit more rest today.

weight lossIf you ain’t sweating after 10 minutes, you better change the exercise you are doing…….this has helped me reduce my weight from over 115 kg to 92kg. Just keep moving to much rest not good…………….

7.5 hours sleep time logged today, not exactly to my target 8 hours sleep everyday.
