Do you have a workout partner? It’s always nice to workout with someone so you can motivate each other when the going gets tough. It’s 10 days now since I started the 30 Day Summer Body Challenge and the results are amazing. Healthy eating and exercises is the key to achieving amazing results.
Plus the 8 hour sleeping challenge to give the body enough rest.
Today was another Gym Day, working the shoulders. You do need strong shoulders to give yourself a base to get through those compound exercises which work the bulk muscles of your body.
Time to get back to exam preparation………..
