Judge Muchineripi Bhunu ruled that the prosecution had failed to prove that the alleged link between Roy Bennett and a convicted arms dealer was genuine.
“The state has failed to prove its case,” judge Muchineripi Bhunu told a packed courtroom as he dismissed the charges. “The accused is accordingly found not guilty.”

Is Nick Clegg giving power to David Cameroon?
Is predicted before the elections, the United Kingdom has a Hung Parliament no party has got the majority seats to form a government.
What happened to the land slide victory that David Cameroon was dreaming of? What is he going to do next?
Gordon Brown for now is still Prime Minister, and as for Nick Clegg, we wait and see what he is going to do next. But it looks like he wants to ‘go to bed with Cameroon’.
The people have spoken, even though some may not be happy with Labour there is still a large percentage of the population who do not trust the Conservatives to run this country on their own.
For now we wait and see.

If Zimbabwean politicians can be trusted, we are likely to have elections next year (2011) which will go a long way in determining the future of us Zimbabweans in the diaspora.
At the last election we were not allowed to vote and its most likely we won’t be allowed to vote during the coming elections.
Zimbabweans in the diaspora have a right to determine their future, it is our human right to be allowed to vote so we can choose whom we want to be our President.
It’s sad that our right to vote has not been respected it was taken away by the rulers in Harare.
We hope this government of Zanu Pf and the MDC will give us back our right to vote.
Why should we not be allowed to vote?

I wonder how many people think the Conservatives do care for the ordinary person in the street? All that David Cameroon and the Torries want is to get into power so that they can protect their own rich interests.
This is the reason why I will not be voting for the Torries next week.
I have followed how David Cameroon is taking advantage of the media hype and using personalities without real substance in his policies. It’s easier for him to attack Labours’ policies because he is not in power, but what is he bringing to the table?
What is it that he will change that matters to me?
The Torries will always be the same, they are for the rich and will always use the poor while protecting their interests.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is in Zimbabwe at the invitation of Robert Mugabe to open the Trade Fair in Bulawayo.
The Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) say they were not consulted, and we thought they were in the government together with Zanu PF?

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with Robert Mugabe
MDC party spokesman Nelson Chamisa said, “Inviting Ahmadinejad to an investment forum in Zimbabwe is like inviting a mosquito to cure malaria,” Chamisa is reported to have said in a telephone interview from Harare.
“It’s an insult to peace-loving people in both Iran and Zimbabwe.”
At a time when Zimbabwe is trying to rebuild its economy and attract the much need foreign investment into the country, this is probably not the best time to have people like Ahmadinejad in Zimbabwe.
What hope do we have of a democratic Zimbabwe if we have leaders who seem to glorify enemies of democracy like Mr Ahmadinejad?
What hope of peace do we have in Zimbabwe as long as our leaders seem to glorify someone like Mr Amadinejad who is so much obessed with build nuclear power?
Iran is reportedly under three sets of United Nations sanctions for refusing to scale down its nuclear program.

Today we celebrate 30 years of independence, for some of us the celebrations started yesterday and today is the climax of what has been massive weekend.
So, what is this day all about?

Zimbabwe News
It is the day we got our freedom and dignity back after years of oppression under the white colonialists. Can you imagine there were white only areas where no blacks were not allowed in our own country?
The white colonialist took all the prime farming land and shared it among themselves whilst native Zimbabweans where pushed into over-crowded poor soil areas, so that they would forever work for the white man.
I could go on and on talking about how cruel these white colonialists where to the native Zimbabweans. Because we are now independent that’s why this day means a lot to us Zimbabweans.
What does this day mean to you as a Zimbabwean?

Opinion polls this far point to a Conservative Party victory by a small margin, but the Tories have never know to represent the interest of the poor.

Vote wisely and vote for a party that represents the best interests of immigrants.
