Day 4 Summer Body Challenge

Working hard for that Summer Body or is it Beach Body and having fun. Now it’s all about keeping up the fitness levels whilst cutting down on body fat with lots of cardio exercises and total body workout sessions.

Gym workout done first thing in the morning, exercises:

  • Ab Workout
  • Leg workout
  • Back and Core Conditioning
  • Triceps plus biceps curls

Finishing off with 20 minutes on the cross trainer
