Brian Dzingai, (left in the picture) finished third behind Usain Bolt of Jamaica and Christian Brendan of Antigua.
With the Beijing Olympics just days away, things are looking good for one of Zimbabwe’s medal hopefuls, Brian Dzingai. He finished third in the man’s 200m race at the Tsiklitiria Athens Grand Prix Meet in Greece.
Dzingai finished a credible third on a time of 20.45secs in a race won by Jamaican Usain Bolt in a blistering 19.75secs.
Hopefully our small group of athletes will give the country something to cheer about when the Olympic games start in Beijing, China.
